  • Bake in a Safe and Conducive environment
  • Understand the basic variation and formulation balance of the ingredients for Lapis Cakes
  • Application of correct skills and techniques to lapis cake production
  • Trouble-shooting common errors in cake batter preparation, consistency and cooking outcomes
  • Make unique creations by adding natural spices and colours for a variety of flavours

Instructor Details

Mdm Sjuffriani had been in the home baking industry since 1991. Her knowledge and baking skills range from Kueh Lapis, Cheese Cake, Fondant Cakes, Cupcakes, Muffins to soft and hard breads. She is also very well versed in Macarons and now even have honed the skills of doing animated Macarons and Animated Cupcakes.

A graduate of AMP’s Micro Business Programme, she has attained various certifications in pastry arts, sugarcraft, cake decorations and training. developed her skills in baking by enrolling into various baking classes, as well as going for courses overseas to expand her knowledge and expertise.
